We vacuum pack our rice to keep them fresh. For health reasons, we do not fumigate our rice. Thus, if you come across any weevils, rinse them off as part of routine washing.

How to Cook your Brown Rice
Wash rice 2 or 3 times as needed.
If you're cooking our rice for the first time, use a ratio of 2.5 cups of water to 1 cup of rice.
Cook in rice cooker using the same button as white rice.
Fluff the rice before serving.
For subsequent cooking, increase water ratio for softer texture or reduce water ratio for firmer texture as desired.
