Tomato Herb Rice

The Little Rice Company Brown Rice 200g (serves 4).
Big Tomato, whole 2 or 3.
Chicken Stock, liquid 250ml.
Black Pepper. A pinch or as desired.
Thyme, fresh or dry. A pinch or as desired.
Basil, fresh or dry. A pinch or as desired.
Salt A pinch or as desired.
Butter / Olive Oil. 2 – 4 tablespoon.
Wash rice 2-3 times, drain water, and place rice into rice cooker.
Add stock, plus equivalent amount of plain water into rice cooker.
Place whole tomatoes, sprinkle salt, and herbs into rice cooker.
Once cooked, add butter/olive oil, squish tomato, fluff the rice!
